Relax and reconnect over tea and light snacks in my peaceful studio.
Begin with a heart-centered check-in to tune into what’s most present for you.
Lay down the weight of what you're carrying and explore what’s on your mind and in your heart. Receive loving reflection, mirroring and guidance to gain deeper insight into your situation. Together, we’ll dive into exploring options, visions, feelings, and potential next steps, helping you clarify your path forward.

RELEASE
After expressing you will be invited to get comfortable and prepare to receive a one-hour combo session of Access Bars (targeting the cranial area to quiet the mind) and Reiki (to align your energy systems), we’ll help your body and nervous system restore balance and flow — clearing out blockages so you can move forward with ease.

ALIGNED ACTION
After your session, I will send you a personalized summary of reflections, intuitive suggestions, and next steps, all organized in a Google document.
For the next three days, you’ll have direct access to me via Voxer to ask questions, gain further insights, and refine your clarity as you move forward — plus, I’ll send any additional downloads, meditations, or suggestions to support your journey.
