RELEASE After expressing you will be invited to get comfortable and prepare to receive a one-hour combo session of Access Bars (targeting the cranial area to quiet the mind) and Reiki (to align your energy systems), we’ll help your body and nervous system restore balance and flow — clearing out blockages so you can move forward with ease. ALIGNED ACTION After your session, I will send you a personalized summary of reflections, intuitive suggestions, and next steps, all organized in a Google document. For the next three days, you’ll have direct access to me via Voxer to ask questions, gain further insights, and refine your clarity as you move forward — plus, I’ll send any additional downloads, meditations, or suggestions to support your journey.
